Tilvanta Ceramics supports ceramic tile OEM and customization requests for importers, distributors, building-material wholesalers and project buyers. Our product scope includes ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles and ceramic mosaic tiles.

Based in Nanzhuang, Foshan, China, we coordinate product selection, specification review, sample approval and export packing against each purchasing brief. Available options may include selected dimensions, thicknesses, colors, patterns, surface finishes and private-label cartons.

Each request is reviewed against the selected product and production method. Existing options and new development are assessed separately, so the quotation identifies what can be supplied and what requires further confirmation.

Sizes, Thicknesses and Tile Body Selection

Start with the intended application, nominal dimensions, thickness and edge requirements. We review suitable existing products before assessing non-standard specifications. A size change can affect forming, finishing, packing quantities and production planning; it should not be treated as a simple adjustment to an existing price.

Tile body selection must also match the purchasing requirement. Specify whether you need ceramic or porcelain products and identify any required performance documentation. Material selection concerns suitable product bodies; special formulations require a separate feasibility review.

Colors, Patterns and Surface Effects

Reference images help narrow the design direction, while physical samples provide a clearer basis for reviewing color, texture and gloss. Buyers should identify which features are essential and which can be matched using an existing collection.

Selected ranges may support different colors, patterns, glaze effects or surface finishes. Availability depends on the tile body and production route. Printed decoration, glazed surfaces and other finishes are not interchangeable across every product.

For color and pattern customization, provide artwork or a reference sample together with the tile dimensions and intended use. Screen images alone should not serve as final color approval.

Carton Logos and Private Label Packaging

Private-label support focuses on carton logo printing, product labels and shipping marks. Send the brand artwork, required wording, product references and destination labeling requirements for review.

Packaging confirmation also covers pieces per carton, protective materials and any pallet requirements. A branding request must remain compatible with the selected tile format and order quantity.

Our OEM and private-label packaging support is assessed against the approved artwork and packing specification. Tile-face or tile-back branding is not assumed to be included and requires separate confirmation.

Sample Development and Pre-production Approval

Standard sample preparation typically takes 5–10 working days. Custom patterns, finishes or packaging may require additional development time and cost. Sample charges, freight and the preparation schedule are confirmed for the request.

Before production approval, confirm the selected product, reference sample, written specifications, inspection requirements and packaging details. Record agreed expectations for appearance and shade variation rather than relying on a general description such as “same as the picture.”

The sample development and approval process establishes the reference for the order. Changes after approval need to be reviewed for their effect on price, production timing and previously confirmed samples.

MOQ, Production Timing and Quality Checks

For standard tiles, the typical planning MOQ is around 300–500 m² per design. The final minimum depends on tile type, size, finish, production batch and order mix. Non-standard development may involve different quantity requirements.

Mass production typically takes around 25–40 days after order details and any required sample are approved. Development work, revised artwork and production availability can affect the confirmed schedule.

Agreed checks may cover dimensions, surface appearance, shade, batch identification and packing. Required performance tests must be specified separately, and available reports must match the selected product and market.
