Packaging Support for Your Tile Range
Tilvanta Ceramics reviews OEM and private-label packaging for importers, distributors, building-material wholesalers and project buyers. Support may include carton logo printing, product labels and shipping marks for selected ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles and ceramic mosaic tiles.
Packaging is assessed against the product dimensions, order quantity and destination requirements. We confirm the available arrangement before quotation so buyers can distinguish standard packing from additional branding or protective materials.
Prepare Carton Artwork and Product Information
Send your logo file, preferred carton layout and required wording. Identify the product references, size descriptions, languages and barcode requirements that must appear on the packaging.
Artwork should be prepared against the confirmed carton dimensions. A layout approved for one tile size may need adjustment for another format. Small text, fine lines and large printed areas should be reviewed for the selected carton material and printing method.
Carton printing support does not automatically include branding on the tile face or back. Any request beyond packaging requires separate assessment.
Keep Labels Consistent with the Packed Product
Product labels should identify the contents clearly. Depending on the order, agreed information may include the product reference, nominal size, thickness, finish, pieces per carton and area per carton.
Shade or batch information must follow the identification arrangement confirmed for the selected product. Buyers using their own item codes should provide a clear correspondence between those codes and the approved tile references.
Confirm label wording and placement before printing. Where barcodes are requested, provide the required data and format for review. Packaging must not display unsupported certification marks or performance claims.
Confirm Carton Fit and Protective Packing
Carton dimensions and packed quantities depend on tile format, thickness and weight. Review these details alongside the selected tile sizes and thickness options rather than applying one packing specification across the collection.
Protective materials may include interleaves, corner protection or other arrangements appropriate to the product. Their use is confirmed for the order, including any effect on carton dimensions and cost.
For mosaics, confirm sheet configuration and sheets per carton. For mixed orders, keep different product references identifiable within the packing plan.
Approve Packaging Before Production
The approval reference should include the artwork version, carton dimensions, label content and packing specification. Confirm whether approval will use a digital proof, a physical packaging sample or both.
A digital proof confirms layout and wording but does not establish the exact appearance of ink on the chosen cardboard. Where a physical sample is required, its preparation time and cost are assessed separately.
Our sample development and approval process connects packaging confirmation with the selected product. Changes after approval require a review of printing costs, material preparation and production timing.
Review Inspection and Export Handling Requirements
Agreed packing checks may cover carton print, label information, packed quantities, protective materials and product correspondence. These checks form part of the confirmed tile sorting and production inspection scope.
Provide pallet requirements, shipping marks and any destination handling instructions before packing is finalized. Carton and pallet quantities, weights and dimensions must be confirmed for the actual order. Dispatch is arranged according to the agreed shipping terms.
Send Your Packaging Brief for Quotation
Include tile references, quantities per design, branding files, required label information and destination country or port. State whether you need standard cartons with labels or printed branded cartons.
Packaging minimums and additional charges depend on artwork, carton specification and quantity. Standard tile orders typically use a planning MOQ of around 300–500 m² per design, while branded packaging requirements are assessed separately.
Mass production typically takes around 25–40 days after order details and any required sample are approved. Packaging development and revisions may affect the confirmed schedule.
