Define the Color and Pattern for Your Tile Order
Tilvanta Ceramics reviews ceramic tile color and pattern requests for importers, distributors, building-material wholesalers and project buyers. Support covers suitable ranges of ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles and ceramic mosaic tiles.
We first assess whether an existing design can match your purchasing brief. Requests requiring new artwork, color adjustment or a different decorative effect are reviewed against the selected tile body and production method before development is confirmed.
Provide Clear References Before Development
Send reference photographs, artwork or physical samples with the required tile dimensions and intended application. Identify the features that must be retained, such as the background tone, motif scale, vein direction or arrangement of contrasting colors.
For coordinated collections, explain which products will appear together. A wall tile and floor tile may need a compatible palette without having identical surfaces.
Digital images help establish direction, but screen settings, photography and lighting affect perceived color. A physical reference provides a clearer basis for reviewing the target appearance.
Match the Design to the Tile and Surface
Pattern scale should be reviewed at the intended tile size. A design that works on a small sample may look different across a full tile or a repeated layout. Confirm whether the order requires a single repeating motif, coordinated pieces or a varied decorative appearance.
Color and pattern results also depend on the selected body, glaze and finish. Review the relevant surface finishes and glazing options alongside the design brief.
Where digital decoration is appropriate, artwork suitability is assessed for that production route. Our glazing and digital inkjet printing page explains the related manufacturing stage. Not every decorative request is suitable for every product.
Approve Physical Samples and Written Design Details
Before development starts, confirm the artwork version, dimensions and visual features to be evaluated. Sample charges, preparation time and any revision work are assessed for the request.
Standard sample preparation typically takes 5–10 working days. New patterns, color adjustments or finishes may require longer. Through sample development and approval, record the selected reference and any accepted variation before production approval.
For designs with intentional variation, review several representative pieces where needed. One small sample may not communicate the full range of tones, markings or pattern changes.
Carry Approved Appearance into Bulk Production
The order specification should connect the approved design with the product reference, size, finish and agreed appearance criteria. Changes to artwork or surface selection after approval require another review of cost and timing.
Production checks may cover pattern orientation, visible decoration defects, shade and batch identification. Agreed variation should be distinguished from unintended differences. Repeat orders require renewed availability and batch review; an exact color match to an earlier production batch should not be assumed.
Packing labels should identify the selected design so coordinated products can be distinguished during shipment and receiving.
Confirm Quantity, Timing and Quotation Requirements
For standard tiles, the typical planning MOQ is around 300–500 m² per design. New colors or patterns may have different requirements depending on development work and production batches.
Mass production typically takes around 25–40 days after order details and any required sample are approved. Development and revisions are assessed separately.
Send your tile category, dimensions, finish, reference artwork, quantity per design and destination. Include the required delivery window and packaging details so we can assess feasible options and prepare the quotation.
